Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This Policy applies to all international orders placed through aladdinrx.com and authorized international channels targeting consumers in the United States and other countries.

Article 1. Eligibility for Returns

(1) Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

(2) To be eligible for a return, items must be: (a) unused, (b) in original packaging with all seals intact, and (c) in the same condition as received.

(3) Returns must be initiated by contacting Customer Service at support@adp-derma.com with the order number, reason for return, and supporting photos where applicable.

Article 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and regulatory requirements:

  • (a) Opened or used cosmetic products
  • (b) Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • (c) Items purchased under a final-sale or clearance designation
  • (d) Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer

Customers are advised to review this list prior to purchase. Disclosure of non-returnable items is made at the product page and checkout in accordance with applicable U.S. state laws (California Civil Code §1723; New York GBL §218-a).

Article 3. Return Shipping Costs

(1) Change-of-mind returns: The customer bears all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

(2) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: ALADDIN RX will bear all return shipping costs and arrange a prepaid return label or reimbursement at our discretion.

(3) International return shipments are the customer's responsibility unless covered under clause (2). Customers must use a trackable shipping service. ALADDIN RX is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Article 4. Refund Processing

(1) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

(2) Credit and debit card refunds will be processed within 7 business days of refund approval, in compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

(3) Once processed by ALADDIN RX, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on the customer's statement, depending on the card issuer.

(4) Store credit (points) may be offered as an alternative at the customer's explicit request. Store credit is never the default refund method.

(5) Partial refunds may be issued where only part of the order is returned or where items show signs of partial use.

Article 5. Defective or Incorrect Items

(1) If you receive a defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@adp-derma.com.

(2) Please provide: (a) order number, (b) description of the issue, (c) clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item, and (d) photo of the outer packaging if applicable.

(3) Upon confirmation, ALADDIN RX will offer, at the customer's choice: (a) a full refund including original shipping costs, or (b) a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Article 6. International Shipping & Customs

(1) All orders ship from South Korea. International shipping times and costs vary by destination.

(2) ALADDIN RX is not responsible for packages held, seized, delayed, or refused by customs authorities, regulatory agencies (including the U.S. FDA), or any government body in the destination country. Such events do not qualify for a refund under this Policy.

(3) Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility. ALADDIN RX does not collect or remit destination country taxes at checkout unless explicitly stated.

(4) If an order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed parcel), a refund for the product cost only will be issued after deducting actual outbound shipping costs.

Article 7. Order Cancellation

(1) Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

(2) Cancellation requests must be submitted to support@adp-derma.com with the subject line 'Order Cancellation – [Order Number]'.

(3) If the order has already been dispatched, the customer must follow the return procedure in Article 1.

Article 8. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

(1) This Policy is subject to applicable U.S. federal consumer protection laws, including the FTC Act, the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), and applicable state laws, including California Civil Code §1723 and New York General Business Law §218-a.

(2) Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be contractually waived.

(3) For U.S. consumers: if this Policy conflicts with applicable state law, the more protective provision shall apply.
