ADP-Derma Inc. ("ALADDIN RX", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through aladdinrx.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It is designed to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and applicable U.S. and international privacy laws.

(1) Information you provide: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order details when you place an order or contact support.
(2) Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full card number on our servers; we retain only a PayPal transaction token and order amount.
(3) Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
(4) AI chatbot (Ask Genie): messages you send are processed to answer your question. We automatically mask detected personal data (email, phone, card numbers) before storing chat logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
(1) To process and deliver your orders, including shipping, customs, payment, and refunds.
(2) To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
(3) To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
(4) To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
3. How We Share Your Information
(1) Service providers: PayPal (payments), Cloudinary (image hosting), Resend (transactional email), and shipping carriers, only as needed to provide the service.
(2) Legal: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
(3) We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

(1) Essential cookies are required for core functions such as your shopping cart, checkout, and admin session. These cannot be disabled.

(2) We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, two-factor authentication for admin access). No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. International Transfers & Children
(1) We are based in the Republic of Korea and serve customers in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws.
(2) Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
