Final shipping fee is calculated by total weight at checkout.
Duty & Tax
The US ended its de minimis exemption on August 29, 2025. A 15% customs duty applies to cosmetics shipped from Korea to the US. This duty is already included in your final checkout total — no extra payment is required on delivery.
Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed when your order ships (from support@adp-derma.com).
- Track at the carrier's site or via Order Lookup.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Defective or incorrect items: contact support@adp-derma.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping (US→Korea), customs, and carrier fees are the buyer's responsibility.
• Change-of-mind and any opened or used items are non-returnable due to the nature of skincare products.
• A Return Authorization (emailed by support) is required before sending items back.
