Duty & Tax
The US ended its de minimis exemption on August 29, 2025, so every parcel is now dutiable regardless of value. Cosmetics shipped from Korea currently carry a duty of about 15%. This duty is NOT included in your order total. It is billed directly to the recipient by the carrier or USPS when the parcel clears US customs, and must be paid before delivery is completed. Duty rates and assessment rules are set by the US government and may change.
Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed when your order ships (from support@adp-derma.com).
- Track at the carrier's site or via Order Lookup.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Defective or incorrect items: contact support@adp-derma.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping (US→Korea), customs, and carrier fees are the buyer's responsibility.
• Change-of-mind and any opened or used items are non-returnable due to the nature of skincare products.
• A Return Authorization (emailed by support) is required before sending items back.
